Another prospective player will be lost by the Oklahoma Sooners….
It appeared as though the Oklahoma Sooners would easily defeat the Arizona Wildcats in their Alamo Bowl game at one point in the third quarter. However, by the close of the third quarter, the Sooners’ bad luck with turnovers from the first quarter raised its ugly head.
The Sooners led by just three points in the third quarter, as opposed to perhaps being up 31–13. Additionally, it appeared as though the Sooners offense’s wheels came off following the defensive touchdown by the Wildcats.
Although it was a difficult way to close the season, there were a few incredibly encouraging moments thrown in that offer us hope for the future.
What was the response on social media to the Sooners’ 38-24 defeat? It is always difficult to recover from a loss, but let us look at some responses to the team’s overall effort, Jackson Arnold’s first start, and Nic Anderson and Drake Stoops’ outstanding games.
