Another terrible news hit the Las Vegas Raiders, as Antonio Pierce has sorrowfully announced…

Antonio Pierce has revealed with regret that the Las Vegas Raiders have received more awful news.

Among NFL head coaches, Antonio Pierce of the Las Vegas Raiders has one of the more distinctive personalities.

His confidence, his enthusiasm, and his way of expressing himself are all natural. Would you want it any other way if someone like that led your team?

Pierce stated, “When I leave this job, I’m going to be that guy I was before,” on February 28 at the NFL Combine. “I won’t fool you—this is a temporary seat. One thing about me that won’t change is who I am—how I behave, talk, or move. I got employed, and I’m going to get fired. Las Antonio Pierce, the coach of the Vegas Raiders, has no plans to alter who he is in his new position.

I don’t hold back when I say something or bite my tongue; I say it like it is. I don’t know what else you folks want, but like it or hate it, this is no different from what I told Mark Davis on Day 1 of our first meeting. Even if I assure everyone that it’s just me and not a joke or gimmick, I believe that’s what people want to see.

“I mean, as I stroll down the hallways, I see all these head coaches, as well as scouts, coaches, and former players; they are the same guys that either supported me or told me I couldn’t accomplish what I was going to. I also save receipts.”

Pierce knows exactly where he wants to take the Raiders, but he can only get there by being loyal to himself. Raiders players, coaches, executives, and supporters all value this honesty. But in the NFL, without victories, everything is meaningless, particularly for a team where such results are anticipated.
