A picture on social media appears to disprove rumours circulating about West Ham star Divin Mubama ahead of this week’s Europa League clash.

West Ham have today flown to Serbia ahead of Thursday night’s Europa League clash against Backa Topola.

A win will ensure post-Christmas Europa League knockout football.

West Ham would be in the driver’s seat to win Group A with a victory.

For even if Freiburg defeats Olympiacos, they would still need to defeat the Hammers by a margin of two goals in the last group match at London Stadium in order to improve their record against each other.

It is anticipated that West Ham will have no trouble defeating Backa Topola. They should not be underestimated on their home field, which is almost an hour away from Belgrade, though, as they showed to be formidable opponents in the rematch in east London.
Sunday’s home match against Crystal Palace is a winnable one, therefore David Moyes will probably rotate his team, as he frequently does in Europe.
especially considering that Michail Antonio and Jarrod Bowen are just two of the important players the Hammers have recently began to suffer injuries. Mohammed Kudus’s back has also been affected by his busy schedule.

Given Danny Ings’ dismal performances, West Ham supporters are hopeful that rookie attacker Divin Mubama gets a chance now that Bowen and Antonio are sidelined.

That is definitely what a lot of Hammers fans were expecting after seeing how Mubama helped West Ham overcome Burnley in their most recent match.
However, Mubama, who is the focus of drawn-out negotiations over a new contract, was allegedly informed on Wednesday by the West Ham channel Claret and Booze that he would not be traveling to Serbia for the match.

Before the Europa League match, a photo on social media seems to refute rumors circulating about West Ham player Mubama.

A well-known West Ham account shared an alleged photo of Obama on X with the comment, “Divin on his way to Serbia,” appearing to show him getting ready to board the plane to Serbia.

West Ham supporters will be greatly relieved by that, as they would have assumed the worst about Mubama’s future had he been left behind.

particularly in light of the rumor that West Ham is now “confident” in securing a new contract from Mubama.
On the club’s official website, West Ham has since included a photo gallery of Muhammad Ali training and actually visiting Serbia.

Now, everyone will be watching to see how Moyes uses his starting lineup. The Scot has expressed worries about the amount of work that Edson Alvarez and Nayef Aguerd are doing

this week.

Thus, they too might be rested in a lineup that resembles this:
